Our Favourites - Blanc de Blancs

“If you like the basic champagne (usually the Brut sans année) of a champagnehouse, you’ll be charmed by the rest of the brands” is a saying you hear time and time again when visiting the Champagne region. We’ve experienced it to be true.
Which doesn’t mean we do not have a favourite cuvée from the champagne farmers on our site.
Whether you are an amateur or a connaisseur, we are convinced that our selection of Blancs de Blancs, Rosés, Millésimes, … will tantalise your taste buds.

Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

Champagne Pascal Hénin

100 % Chardonnay.
After maturing for six years, this marvellous, almost atypical Blanc de Blancs without any edges was born. A Grand Cru made from grapevines over forty years old.

Brut Blanc de Blancs “Cuvée des Lys”

Champagne Philippe Fontaine

This rare champagne made of 100 % Pinot Blanc matured in the cellars for at least two years and reveals a smell of fruity and even spicy aromas and tastes of fresh fruit and cinnamon.
You can drink this exceptional champagne as an aperitive, with white fish in champagne sauce or even with foie gras with figs.
In 2010 it won the Médaille d’Argent au Féminalise (a contest with an exclusively feminine jury).

Cuvée des Chevaliers – Grand Cru

Champagne P. Lancelot – Royer

100 % Chardonnay from the vineyards of Cramant, Avize, Chouilly and Oger.
This champagne was composed with reserve wines stored in oak barrels.

Blanc de Blancs

Champagne Veuve Godart & Fils

1100 % Chardonnay.
Thanks to a maturingprocess of three years in the cellars all the noble characteristics of the Chardonnay come out well. The perfect green yellow colour and the subtlety of the pearls in your glass make you wish the degustation would last forever.

Cuvée Spéciale Fleuron

Champagne de la Renaissance

One of our favorites : this splendid Blanc de Blancs is exclusively made of Chardonnay of the same harvest year, but it is not an millésime. Thanks to a rigid selection and the fact that the harvest of different grand-cru lots are being used, the producer succeeds in realising a continuous taste typical of the house style. The beautifully decorated bottle (a label in the shape of a grape leaf) is the pampered child of the house. The goldengreen robe and the flowery scent reveal an expressive wine with a fresh but round character.

Cuvée Blanc de Blancs

Champagne Diogéne Tissier & Fils

100 % Chardonnay
Superb gold-green dress
Intense nose, notes of ripe yellow fruit and fresh flowers. A champagne with 'spring airs', a mature and rich taste sensation. Initiates a pleasant buttery taste in the mouth. This turns into a persistent freshness and the finale is long and aromatic. This champagne is harmonious, balanced and supple.
