“If you like the basic champagne (usually the Brut sans année) of a champagnehouse, you’ll be charmed by the rest of the brands” is a saying you hear time and time again when visiting the Champagne region. We’ve experienced it to be true.
Which doesn’t mean we do not have a favourite cuvée from the champagne farmers on our site.
Whether you are an amateur or a connaisseur, we are convinced that our selection of Blancs de Blancs, Rosés, Millésimes, … will tantalise your taste buds.
75 % Pinot Noir and 25 % Chardonnay
This non dosage champagne (ie without adding any sugar) has ripened for at least 15 months.
70 % Pinot Noir and 30 % Pinot Meunier.
This very well made Rosé par saignée is a non dosage champagne (without adding any sugar) and has ripened in the cellars for two years.
80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir
A champagne with a light dose of sugar, only 3 grams / liter. (no addition of sugar at the time of the "dégorgement ')
Bright light golden dress with white collar, fine bubbles.
Seductive nose with tones of fresh white fruits, also lightly grilled notes reveal themselves.
The tense and straight 'allure' of this cuvée creates a balance, the whole is quite powerful and full of body, the finale is fresh and nervous.
